Contractor: UNY-Tec LLC Installation period: December 2025 – March 2026

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block manufacturing plant with a design capacity of 300,000 m³ per year, located in Ust-Labinsk, Krasnodar Region, Russia.

Plant capacity: 300,000 m³of blocks per year.

Production line: WEHRHAHN (Germany) and wall panel equipment by Runding .

Installation period: December 2025 – March 2026.

Scope of Works:

1. Technological Line Modernization

  • Construction of foundations for technological equipment.
  • Installation of steel structures for technological equipment.
  • Installation of technological equipment. Runding
  • Installation of reinforcement section and wall panel production equipment.

2. Repair Works on WEHRHAHN Equipment:

  • Replacement of rotation bearing housings of the main tilting frame.
  • Repositioning of the driven gear and installation of the girth gear shaft of the Cemtec mill.
  • Replacement of rail tracks on autoclaves No. 1 and 2.
