Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) block manufacturing plant with a design capacity of
285,000 m³ per year, implemented as part of the “Kazbek” innovative construction technopark project, Chechen Republic, Russia.

Equipment supplier: Wehrhahn (Germany).

Plant capacity: 700,000 m³ of blocks per year.
Production line: Wehrhahn.
Reconstruction period: 2018–2019.

Scope of Works:

  • Installation of technological equipment.
  • Installation and positioning of autoclaves for welding.
  • Alignment of autoclaves to design position and handover for foundation grouting.
  • Adjustment of autoclave doors opening and closing mechanisms.
  • Installation of hydraulic systems for technological equipment.
