Scope of Works:
Site area: 12.8 ha; built-up area: 3.55 ha.
Construction of production (12,290 m²), administrative and amenity (1,500 m²), and engineering (3,000 m²) buildings.
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete works: 12,500 m³, including foundations for technological equipment.
Fabrication and installation of 1,600 tons of load-bearing and auxiliary steel structures.
Installation of 750 tons of imported technological equipment.
Installation of 60 km of power cables and 30 km of control and instrumentation cables.
Installation of pipelines for water, steam, compressed air, and technological pipelines with a total length exceeding 10 km.
Plant engineering systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, sewage, and industrial and domestic wastewater treatment facilities.
Construction of auxiliary facilities: concrete batching plant, weighbridge, garage, finished goods warehouse, raw materials storage and supply system to the batching plant, and transformer substations with a total capacity of 3.5 MW.
