Scope of Works:

  • Site area: 6.3 ha.
  • Built-up area: 3.26 ha.
  • Production building area: 14,880 m²; maximum height: 24.45 m.
  • Soil replacement and compaction: 77,500 m³.
  • Installation of pile foundations: 11,200 linear meters.
  • Cast-in-place reinforced concrete works: 12,500 m³, including deep foundations for technological equipment (up to 7 m depth), with high reinforcement density and extensive embedded parts.
  • Fabrication and installation of 1,200 tons of load-bearing and auxiliary steel structures. More than 20 units of non-standard equipment were fabricated.
  • Installation of 1,200 tons of imported technological equipment.
  • Installation of 60 km of power cables and 30 km of control and instrumentation cables.
  • Installation of pipelines for water, steam, compressed air, and technological pipelines with a total length exceeding 10 km.
  • Plant engineering systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, and sewage systems.
