Elgad-ZSI Plant Kolomna, Moscow Region

Installation of technological equipment based on Wehrhahn technology: Profil-Stroy LLC Construction period: 2011–2012

Autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) wall block and slab manufacturing plant located in Kolomna, Moscow Region, Russia. The plant produces AAC wall blocks under the “EL-BLOCK” brand.

Plant capacity: 400,000 m³ of blocks per year.
Production line: Wehrhahn.

Construction period: 2011–2012.

Scope of Works:

  • Fabrication and installation of non-standard equipment and auxiliary steel structures based on supplier drawings: 85 tons.
  • Installation of technological equipment: 1,250 tons.
  • Installation of technological equipment and pipelines for the recirculating water system, including installation of a pumping station.
  • Installation of instrumentation and control systems (I&C), including 86,000 linear meters of cable.
  • Unloading and installation of autoclaves (length: 46 m, diameter: 3.2 m, weight: 110 tons, quantity: 6 units).
