UNY Group provides selection and supply of technological equipment for the construction materials industry.
Within our ongoing projects, we supply complete production lines for aerated concrete from KEDA (China), autoclaves from AKARMAK (Turkey), sand and lime grinding mills from ERSEL (Turkey), packaging machinery from KERAMIKA (Turkey) and LACHENMEIER (Denmark), as well as crushing, screening, and conveying equipment from Turkish and Russian manufacturers.
We adapt technical solutions from international suppliers to comply with Russian norms and standards.
We provide equipment with custom-made components from local suppliers.
We also support recruitment and training of operational personnel.
Since 2005, our group of companies has completed the installation of 10 autoclaved aerated concrete plants, a precast concrete plant, a dry mix mortar plant, a lime calcination plant, and a ground marble plant.
We have installed technological equipment manufactured by Wehrhahn, MASA, HESS, Scholz, AKARMAK, ERSEL, Cemtec, TEKA, EVG, Weckenmann, AML, Siemens, KEDA, Rundig etc. The qualifications of our specialists can significantly reduce the need for supervision by a foreign supplier during on-site installation work.
Unloading, installation and connection of 90(ninety) autoclaves, including 22 of them for the period 2024-2025.
Currently, our specialists regularly perform scheduled maintenance and repair works at numerous AAC plants across the Russian Federation.
