Scope of Works:

  • General contracting services.
  • Construction of a production and warehouse building (10,000 m²) with an administrative and amenity building (4,500 m²).
  • Construction of pile foundations.
  • Installation of steel structures and building envelope systems.
  • Installation of on-site and in-plant engineering systems and utilities.
  • Construction of infrastructure facilities, including transformer substation, boiler house, pumping station, security checkpoint, garage, and warehouse (1,400 m²).
