Scope of Works:

  • Site area: 8.0 ha
  • Built-up area: 15,245 m²
  • Production building area: 13,070 m²
  • Pile foundation works, earthworks, soil replacement, and sand bedding works.
  • Cast-in-place reinforced concrete works: 12,500 m³, including deep foundations for technological equipment (up to 7 m depth), high reinforcement density, and extensive embedded parts.
  • Installation of 1,200 tons of load-bearing and secondary steel structures.
  • Installation of building envelope systems (walls and roofing).
  • Fabrication and installation of steel structures for slurry tanks (forward and return slurry) and cutting line tanks.
  • Plant engineering systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, and sewage systems.
  • Construction of auxiliary facilities: steam generation building, pumping station, fire water reservoirs, pallet storage facility, and sawing workshop.
  • Installation of 1,200 tons of technological equipment.
