Scope of Works:

Site area: 7.8 ha.
Built-up area: 28,544 m², including 8,000 m² of open storage areas.
Cement, sand, lime, and gypsum silos: 2,000 m³.
Fabrication and installation of steel structures: 1,524.5 tons.
Total building volume: 178,535.2 m³.
Production area: 17,045.1 m².
Construction of administrative and amenity building: 1,068 m².
Installed technological equipment weight: 1,100 tons.
Boiler house with installed capacity of 4 MW thermal power and 16 tons of steam per hour.
Auxiliary facilities: weighbridge, security checkpoint, compressor station, and pumping station.
