Scope of Works:

Site area: 11.2 ha.
Built-up area: 4,990 m².
Total production building area: 5,407 m²; maximum height: 24.45 m.
Earthworks including soil replacement and construction of compacted sand foundations: 163,748 m³.
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete works: 2,463 m³, including 547.8 m³ of foundations for technological equipment.
Fabrication and installation of 800 tons of load-bearing and auxiliary steel structures.
Fabrication of more than 83 tons (67 units) of non-standard equipment.
Installation of 558 tons of imported technological equipment.
Installation of 70.7 km of power and control cables.
Installation of pipelines for gas, water, sewage, steam, compressed air, and technological pipelines with a total length exceeding 5.2 km.
Building engineering systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, and sewage systems.
