Installation of technological equipment for an Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) plant based on Wehrhahn technology – UNY-Tec LLC.
“Technical modernization of a prefabrication plant for conversion into an autoclaved aerated concrete products manufacturing facility with a capacity of 144,000 m³ per year,” located in Bogorodsk, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Russia.

Scope of Works:
Site area: 3.8 ha; built-up area: 2.44 ha.
Major renovation of production (6,500 m²), auxiliary (1,400 m²), and administrative and amenity (1,800 m²) buildings.
Cast-in-place reinforced concrete works: 2,500 m³, including deep foundations for technological equipment (up to 5 m depth), with high reinforcement density and extensive embedded parts.
Fabrication and installation of 600 tons of load-bearing and auxiliary steel structures. More than 20 units of non-standard equipment were fabricated.
Installation of 600 tons of imported technological equipment.
Installation of 45 km of power cables and 30 km of control and instrumentation cables.
Installation of pipelines for water, steam, compressed air, and technological pipelines with a total length exceeding 10 km.
Plant engineering systems: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), water supply, and sewage systems.
