Reconstruction of JSC “Zhelezobeton” in Staraya Kupavna, Noginsky district, Moscow Region, Russia, including the construction of an autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) manufacturing plant.
Plant capacity: 200,000 m³ of blocks per year. Production line: SilBetIndustriya.

Scope of Works:
Design of architectural and structural sections (AR, RC, steel structures, shop drawings).
Reconstruction of existing facilities and construction of additional areas (approximately 3,500 m²).
Fabrication and installation of steel structures for technological equipment installation.
Erection of a silo tower steel structure, including installation of technological equipment.
Installation of building envelope systems (brick masonry and sandwich panels).
Installation of heating, ventilation, and internal electrical systems.
Installation of PVC window systems and sectional gates.
Demolition of three columns in an existing workshop building (constructed in 1968), with redistribution of roof loads onto adjacent columns via steel transfer trusses to accommodate technological equipment layout.
